Certains responsables de haut rang en Israël ont encouragé les forces de l’armée et de la police à tuer des Palestiniens suspectés d’avoir attaqué des Israéliens, même quand ces Palestiniens ne présentent plus de menace immédiate, a affirmé aujourd’hui Human Rights Watch dans une analyse de diverses déclarations. D’autres responsables israéliens se sont abstenus de rejeter ces appels à un recours excessif à la force.

English article click hereSome senior Israeli officials have been encouraging Israeli soldiers and police to kill Palestinians they suspect of attacking Israelis even when they are no longer a threat, Human Rights Watch said today in an analysis of those statements. Other Israeli officials have failed to repudiate the calls for excessive use of force.

Human Rights Watch has documented numerous statements since October 2015, by senior Israeli politicians, including the police minister and defense minister, calling on police and soldiers to shoot to kill suspected attackers, irrespective of whether lethal force is actually strictly necessary to protect life.

  • Probably we’ll see a joint operation in Aleppo between Russia and the United States.

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that Moscow and Washington, which back opposite sides in the civil war,Assad and the so-called “moderate opposition” respectively are edging closer to an agreement to defuse the fighting in the contested city.
